What this site collects
Sachi AI is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@sachiai.com.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.
The contact form collects what you enter: your name, organisation, email address and message. It is sent to us by email and used only to reply to you.
The updates sign-up collects only your email address. It is sent to us by email and used only to send product updates. Ask us and we remove it.
The website assistant
If you use the assistant, the messages you type are sent from our server to Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service, which generates the replies. That service runs in a Microsoft Azure data centre. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the assistant.
We do not store assistant conversations. The assistant sends us your name, email address and request only after you confirm them on screen, and that message is handled like a contact form message.
Booking a call
If you book a call through the assistant, your name, email address, the time you chose and a short note go to our scheduling service (Microsoft Bookings or Cal.com), so that the meeting and its invitation can be created. That provider handles the data under its own privacy terms.
Retention and sharing
Messages and booking details are kept only for as long as the conversation they belong to requires. We do not sell or rent your data, and we share it only with the service providers named on this page, for the purpose described.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at hello@sachiai.com and a person will handle your request.
