    We agree one piece of work, the systems it touches, what success looks like and where a person approves. If AI or new software is the wrong answer, we say so.

  2. A first stage, with a person approving

    We build the first part on your real work. Every change runs through tests before it lands.

  3. Scale and operate

    We extend the work at a pace your team can handle, then hand over the running, with the code, documentation and tests in your own accounts.
