Web apps, Flutter mobile apps and the APIs behind them, built for daily use

We build customer apps, staff and partner portals, dashboards and internal tools. Mobile apps use Flutter, so one codebase serves iOS and Android. Backends use Python with FastAPI, or Node.

For whomFor founders, product owners and operations leads who need an app their customers or staff will use every day.

A typed contract keeps the app and the backend in step

The app and the API share a typed contract. A change on one side that breaks the other fails a test before it ships. Where the app uses AI, it calls your backend, and the backend holds the model keys and sets the usage limits. The phone never holds a key. Software that must pass a security review gets audit trails, roles and access control from the first release.

Each stage ends in a build you can open and judge

  1. Discovery

We find out who uses the app, the task each of them must finish, and the limits around it. This is settled before any screen is designed.

  2. Design for the task

Each screen serves one user’s task. Contrast, keyboard order and screen reader labels are in from the first screen.

  3. Backend and APIs

Python with FastAPI, or Node, with a typed API contract, sign-in and roles. AI features call models through this backend, which keeps the keys and the usage limits.

  4. Build in short stages

Each stage ends in a working build that you can open, use and return with comments. We check its speed on the devices and networks your users have.

  5. Release and handover

We publish to the app stores under your own developer accounts. Your team gets the automated release process, the operating guides and a walkthrough.

Every change passes its tests, and a person on our side approves it before it reaches you.

Example

A change that breaks another screen stops at the build

A hypothetical case, to show how the work runs.

  1. A store manager asks for a stock count field in the staff app.
  2. We add the field to the typed API contract, and update the backend and the Flutter app in the same change.
  3. The tests run on that change. One fails because the web dashboard still reads the old shape, so the build stops.
  4. We fix the dashboard and the tests pass. A person on our side reviews the change and approves it.
  5. The release process builds the app and publishes it to both stores under your developer accounts.

Your team can release the app without us

How we work together

Discovery and design are a fixed piece of work. Then we build in short stages against an agreed list of work. If the product keeps changing, an ongoing support contract follows. If not, the work ends at handover.

  • The app running, on the stores or the web addresses you control
  • Code, server setup files and the automated release process, in your code repository
  • APIs with a documented contract and tests that run on every change
  • Accessibility and speed results measured on your users’ devices
  • Operating guides and a handover to the team that will run it

Questions buyers ask

Why Flutter for mobile?

One codebase serves iOS and Android, so a feature or a fix reaches both at once. One team can own the whole app.

Which backend do you use?

Python with FastAPI, or Node. We choose for the work and for the team that will run it after us. Both give a typed API contract, so the app and the backend cannot drift apart unnoticed.

Where is the application hosted?

In your own cloud account, on servers you already run, or on ours. The backend and its data stay in the place you pick.

Describe the app and the people who will use it

Say what it has to do and whether it replaces something you already have. Our first reply says what discovery would cover and how the build would split into stages.
